The Motel is in an excellent location near to all leisure facilities. With so many trams it was very easy to get to and from Melbourne. I wold come again.
The TV in the room was old and the picture poor.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, near the beach, some awesome restaurants, and right next to the tram stop. be aware that there is currently construction going on in the area which might affect your stay. On the bright side, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with good sized bathrooms, and helpful staff. the breakfast buffet is fantastic with a good variety, and there is secure parking available for those traveling by car.
Some rooms may be subjected to noise disturbances during the night, causing inconvenience for light sleepers.

The price and the location
Room was very small and shower was primitive.

I found a lack of secure car parking space a problem. Also there could have been a little more of the basic supplies like coffe and milk issued in the apartment.

The hotel was affordable and well located with easy access to public transport and nearby restaurants. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with extra towels when we requested them. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a decent balcony and a coffee maker.
Our Easter weekend stay was quite noisy. There seemed to be a lot of partying going on in the neighborhood, and the walls were not very soundproof.

I loved the location of this hotel, right opposite the tram system which took around 15 minutes into the city. It was also close to the beach and loads of eateries nearby, which was convenient. The hotel facilities were good, with modern decor and a kitchenette in the room, and the breakfast was decent for a pretty good price. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially the male staff. The room was well-maintained, clean and had a working AC, which made my stay comfortable.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Ease of catching public transport, walking to local amenities.
Very noisy nightclub next door, didnt quieten until 5am. Homeless hanging around outside asking for cash etc. Not good as we had our daughter with us.

Good location. Cheap. Good parking arrangement.
The room was looking a bit tired. But that was reflected in the price. Fitzroy Street is noisy, often throughout the night.
